Payments for memberships, coaching, and other paid services are handled exclusively by third-party payment providers — Stripe and PayPal.

• DGtribe will not be held liable for any error in payment processing. This includes failed transactions, duplicate charges, declined payments, or any other payment-related issues.

5. Coaching Sessions & Recordings

• Coaching sessions are delivered via video call (e.g. Google Meet) by coaches affiliated with or independent of DGtribe.
• Coaching sessions may be recorded if the client agrees to the recording.
• If you do not wish for your session to be recorded, it is your responsibility to let the coach know before the session begins.
• Recordings, where made, may be used for personal review by the client and the coach. They will not be shared publicly without mutual consent.
• Coaches are independent professionals. DGtribe facilitates the connection but is not responsible for the specific advice or guidance provided during coaching sessions.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other members or coaches.
• Post offensive, illegal, or misleading content in the community.
• Share another user's personal information without consent.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform's security.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the DGtribe platform — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software — is the property of DGtribe or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
